Future Paths Network is a Black-led grassroot organization dedicated to supporting BIPOC youth in their transition out of the foster care system. Focusing on an underserved niche, our mission is to facilitate the growth of strong, resilient, and engaged individuals who are seamlessly integrated into their communities.
Our vision is to create a nurturing environment specifically tailored for BIPOC youth aged 14 to 18, who are navigating the complexities of the child welfare system. By offering continuous support, we envision a future where these youth are equipped with the tools and connections necessary to lead fulfilling lives, breaking the cycle of isolation and uncertainty that often accompanies their transition out of foster care.
