At Future Paths we care about the progress and uplifting of the community and are aware of the great ideas and work that is being done in the city to help BIPOC youth grow into holistic adults. We believe in collective impact and are ready to lend our expertise to help your event or program even more of a success.
We have worked with numerous community organizations to help elevate their programming. From helping to create meaningful youth employment workshops to finding unique ways for businesses to attract new employees and volunteers we do it all. We look forward to working with you and helping to improve the access BIPOC youth throughout the city have to different opportunities.
Future Frames Discovery Program is an immersive program meticulously crafted to empower emerging BIPOC youth by connecting them with seasoned professionals from the media and entertainment industry. Spanning three months, this program offers personalized guidance in photography, producing, scriptwriting, and technical roles through bi-weekly in-person meetings and monthly virtual sessions.
FPN Entrepreneurial Programs purpose is to help those youths who have an idea to start a business and fill an economical gap they see within their community with a flourishing business.
Aware of the research that points to the fact that BIPOC-owned businesses, although on the rise, still have owners that make less than their counterparts of other races. The FPN Entrepreneurial Program is focused on ensuring we help our candidates scale their business, but also market their business in effective and efficient ways. Through this approach we aim to empower the BIPOC business leaders of tomorrow with the skills they need to be resilient, impactful, and innovative leaders in Ottawa’s business sector and anywhere they would want to plant their business.
